amazing photography and story by Bo Bertilsson Anyone that wants to buy a copy can at www.gasolineshop.se
Dang' ... that license plate looks like a fun process to install. On the other hand, who needs a plate, on a car like this ? Wow. In context... to the article, a fire department building ... uncommissioned, would be a great place to live, and show off your auto collection and memorabilia. Ideas born. P.S. ... by definition ... do you even own a non-HAMB friendly ... "daily driver" ?? ( not counting '66 Chevelle )
yes I have a couple of regular commuter cars And if you mean do I have any modernized old cars? The answer is hell no
Nice photography of a very cool car. What's the story on the 2 striped seats on one side? A practice in asymmetry like on the hood pinstripe/rear plate? I know it was a practice around that time. Nice and subtle.
IIRC Revell included a similar interior design in the early '60's issue of their '56 Chevy.... no external modification parts, just the interior.
Speed reading translation of the English only words... Mark Moriarity, Fistoria Customs, Holland Auto Trim….. and his Wanted Post Office Mugshot. Cool Man
Congrats Mark, your collection is outstanding. It deserves all the ink. Sent from my iPad using H.A.M.B.
@Moriarity, You are going to earn a nickname...'The Inkster'...More Ink...Congratulations... I often wonder if you fellas with these funky way out Customs/Interiors and do dads ever whistle the Jeston's tune as your cruising along having a good time and all...
Mark can you translate the feature for us? lol / Great pictures.. congrats on the magazine.. I love this car.. 60's at its best
Always loved that car! Nice spread. I zoomed in on the text and thought I was having a stroke for a second. Swedish?
Funny what a long day at work, and a late-night work and some beers in the garage does. I was skim reading the article halfway through I realized it wasn't in English lol. Lovely car and a nice article layout.
I've seen the car in other posts, but I just noticed it. Was there a reason or significance for the green strip on the passenger side seating compared to it not being on the driver seating?
And you were careful to not park in front of the doors so you wouldn't have to scramble if there was a fire call......?
As I have said before, of all of the customs in the @Moriarity collection, the green car is the most aesthetically pleasing, well designed, and well executed of the lot. It is truly a timeless classic. The rear end just flows.
Congrats! Every car guy's idea of "making it".....getting published in a magazine. Glad there are still some mags around for dreams to come true!
