Customs 57 heavy chevy

    Eddragster

    I'm trying to get in contact with the guy that now owns the yellow 57 heavy Chevy that was built by Jim Allen. I have that head and lit up box for that car as Jim was my mentor and very close friend for the past 40 something year until his passing in April and he left me the heads and lit boxes and the swine hunt tank. I would like to get these items to the cars that they were made for. My email is [email protected] please help me out. thanks

    the swine hunt tank was based on a really short dune buggy with a tank turret top. at the shows they used to shoot ping pong balls out of the gun on it. After revell was done with the show cars (mine included) Jim Allen was told to sell them to anyone at the last show that had any interest in them. The swine hunt was sold without the turret top. The turret top was saved and Ernie (the original poster on this thread) is going to keep it and duplicate the rest of the swine hunt.

    Ha!!!! Mr. Moriarty is living every gear heads dream. :) I am sure there are others who have cars in their house but I only have heard of Mr. Moriarty and Nascar driver Denny Hamlin. Dale Jr. does not even have a room with cars in it.

    Heads showed up today, couldn’t resist setting one in the car, even though they all need a few repairs and a serious cleaning I am thrilled to have them
