great fab skills there moon !
    'been watching all along.

when this pic showed up, I thought that the "ribs" were going to be part of the final design, and only needed a little tweaking to blend in.

Guys like you are such an inspiration to me, what can go wrong with a flexible vision, I will have to stop procrastinating, get the chop saw out on one of the hulks in the shed and start cutting to see where it goes, love it

I kinda thought so too, and I like the idea. Maybe '58 Cadillac Deville quarter spears or something leading into what I will assume is going to be scooped quarter panels, or on the doors would look cool too. I really like where this car is heading.

After messing with the hood/trunk I played with the door / A pilliar area which will mean new hinges, I have a cunning plan for them that I hope will work, if not its only metal...................................

I don't know how you're going to hinge them, but I love the new shape of the door openings.

Is there any way to put a dampener on the articulating hinges to reduce the shaking as it opens?

Looks to me like there may still be a little air in the hydraulics for the deck lid. that can cause some jerkyness.
