Am I right in assuming that the formed ridge along the top of the rocker is intended to provide a solid edge to the carpeted floor (to keep shoes from grabbing the edge of the carpeting, for example)?

You're crushing this build, bro. Stellar craftsmanship aside, it's a real challenge to make one of these into a good looking car. That honestly might be one of the most impressive parts of this build. Looking forward to more progress pics. Inspiring stuff.

That seat base is more impressive than any sheetmetal fabrication I've EVER done. Whoda thought a simple hidden part could benefit from such thought and care?

Jesus I would have gone nuts trying to make a support bracket like this one that is a bunch of compound curves and nothing is straight.

Haven't checked in for some time. It's nice to see the madness continue! Outstanding.

At the risk of sounding like everyone else, wow! I don't know how I missed this thread before today, but reading through it I'm just sitting here in awe. Absolutely beautiful work Cody. And as others have said, thanks for sharing your work here with us.

I understand the rules here very well but that is just freaking ridiculous. And to be honest, I didn't even notice the engine, I was too busy looking at the metal work.

I have been following this great build and to see it derailed in such a manner, I hope the moderators will carefully reconsider putting the latest progress shots back in the order they were .
This build has always been about the metal shaping and not about the engine ! IMHO. @corncobcoupe
