Customs Please ID these headlight Rings extensions OEM or JC Whitney?

I've had these for a while but never knew what they fit, are they JC Whitney aftermarket extensions? No makers mark or part number.

J C Whitney or equivalent.........just my opinion, but I'd bet money on it.

Yep, I agree, the 'universal' slotted screw hole is the giveaway...

 

That's not a screw hole, it's a slot for the tab that is screwed to the front of the fender.

 

That's not what Steve was referring to. Look at the front view of the actual part, at the bottom, and you will see the elongated vertical screw hole/slot.
