Whoever eventually has an answer is going to need to know what landmark are you calling 12 o'clock?

most all of your stock pumps are gonna be pointing to the front of the car, some out of the side some from underneath the pump , why no aftermarket ,

and also like asked by DrJ, what are you considering 12:00,

yes the arm being 12 the out to carb is most often at 3 oclock..I know not always. Why you ask. In canada where after market means 3 times as much.
    Thanks

From Speedway Motors, Part # 91602046, (new) fuel pump can be disassembled to index the inlet/outlet area. Plus the rated output PSI is 6. Edelbrock carbs need 6 PSI, while Holley carbs need 7 PSI. I have seen this fuel pump to work correctly with either of these 4 barrel carbs, thus without the need to install a fuel pressure regulator.
