Technical Advice on model a hidden hinge

    So I have a few very less than perfect A hoods I can try to use to get this detail right. I'm looking to do something like the hood of the 32 Ford with the brightwork over the seam in the hood. This detail doesn't seem to come up often on A's. Has anybody done this before?.How did you guys do it? [​IMG]

    hoodstrips1.jpg Are you talking about the stainless hinge of the hood? You can add these parts to make your "A" hood look like a '32 or get a '32 hood and fit it you your cowl.
