I hope to test fire my recently rebuilt 1952 8BA on a stand. I want to hook up a remote oil filter and oil pressure gauge. The motor has been converted to high-pressure.

Does anyone know the thread pitch in the block so I can get some oil lines and fittings?

    Thanks,
    Carl

The one in the back of the block in my 59 239 and a 221 I had were 1/8th inch NPT. Assume 8BA would be the same for the oil pressure.

to block its easy with 1/8npt as stated before.
but for lines you might need adapters from npt=>line nut thread.
this is at least what was done originally on french flattys..
