    Love the bumper treatment on this 59.
    Never seen this 59 before. And here I thought I've seen just about every custom 59 Ford that you can search on the net, And that's not a lot of them out there.

    Well I’ve been thru this thread once, all 419 pages of it and what you’ve started @Centurion9 is so enjoyable I’m starting over[​IMG] Thanks for the original post, Dave’s 57 is the most beautiful mild custom Chevy of the tri-five era. IMO.

    Funny that this won best Mild Custom at the Ventura Nationals this weekend, When its more of a full Kustom build.

    Stupid question, but are these 56 Old bezels that were frenched in with the top peak still slightly exposed? I don't recall seeing that done before.

    Not a stupid question @Mattimus You could be correct. Richard Zocchi used the exact effect you describe on his creamy yellow 1951 Oldsmobile "CHOP 51". Trimmed the outside of the '56 bezel until only the inner part remained, then moulded it in.

    I tried zooming in on the pic you refer too. Could be an inner 55 Lincoln Capri bezel with an added chrome "whisp" at the top. Whatever it is, you have a good eye. It's kooool.
