Event Coverage Shades of the Past/Fall Rod Run

Hoping to be In Pigeon Forge Tennessee for the Shades of the Past (Sept 6-7) and the Fall rod run (Sept 11-14) the following week. Can't Wait!! Beautiful area, great food and parking lots filled with awesome cars. Any Hambers going?

September to early for me this year. I will try to be better next year.

When they move it later in the fall to cooler weather I will be back. Too hot this time year for me down there.

 

Got there today. Pile o' Parts 32 flattie did great!
The gravel swap meet area is now blacktop. Now it's just as hot as the rest of the place. There's just no pleasing some people..... Me.
But there are some really nice cars already. It really gets crankin' tomorrow.

 

I am coming up for the swap meet on Friday 6th. I have gotten different opinions about going to shades or rod run swap meet. I guess I will hit both.

 

No vacant spots in this year's swap meet. Not much early Ford except one Model A vendor. Maybe more will be uncovered tomorrow. Found a good deal on an Alan Grove SBC double mount bracket. That's it.....
