When I was pulling out of the gate there was a black primer/flat black 55 tudor post Chevy pulling in the gate that looked like he might be hunting for that yellow 32. I didn't get a photo and almost turned around and went back but my knees were killing me.

I finally got the photos I took at the drags loaded on Smugmug.
These aren't a bunch of artsie fartsie duded up photos, they are just what I took with my camera that day plus a few that I zoomed in on to give folks a decent look at the car(s). Don't bitch because someone's hand got in the way (it might be yours if you were there) or someone's head or elbow.
On the other hand if you were there you might be in one, your car might be in more than one or your bud's car might be in one. Hell your dog might be in one for that matter.

Thanks MR. 48. I had so much fun I took Monday off from work! Definitely going back next year. No bracket racing B.S. just go!

 

I think everyone had fun no matter if they were racing / with someone who was racing or just drove out to watch. A couple at least my age if not a few years older pulled in down past the finish line and got out and the lady remarked that " this is just like the old days". They were having a blast sitting in their lawn chairs watching the racing and the cars returning down the track gave us time to get some good photos with no background clutter.

 

WOW that is one BUNCH of photos. No wonder your knees were killing you.
