Hot Rods Problems with Wheel Vintiques

The wheels I got are the orange ones in the picture along with the caps, adapters and beauty rings.
said they can make your hubcaps work with their wheels.

 

I ordered wire wheels throughWheelsmith in Sept 2018- with a 6-week delivery time promised. April 2019 still no wheels after calls every other Friday. I cancelled the order and ordered through Summit 4/1/2019.
Still no wheels on 8/31/2019 and no estimated delivery date.
This is going on a year now trying to get wheels.
The Summit site still says if you order the wheels today you will have them by 9/08.
They lie to get the $$ and leave you hanging. But they charged my account.
They should not accept the order if they are unable to deliver as promsed.

 

Sucks. Have you actually called Summit? They are usually pretty good.

 

Called Summit, they said someone would call me back with an explanation. They e-mailed me a canned response saying the items were not in stock on 8/29 and would be in stock on 8/30. Still no call back, no notice of shipment, and no ETA.
I buy a LOT from them and expect better service.
