Figured we could have an separate 1933 1934 ford SEDAN delivery thread, where we could share pictures and tips parts to use from the other 1933 1934 fords as replacement parts and parts resources etc i know there is someone out there making the rear tailpan for instance anyone know who that is? i'll try to update the #1 post here with essential info when ever new stuff is posted etc..
I'll start with saying that i own an 1934 sedan delivery, have had thoughs about selling it, even have an add out for it, most reason to sell is that i developed an 3w or roadster urge (1933,1934), but it grows on me, especially since the halibrand wheels i bought in march came last week, and the 394 engine i have for it will arrive soon, so basicly have almost an complete car except rear end... (are som pics in other threads, i'll post new one here later on in this post) Also my dad owns an 1934 sedan delivery, untouched no engine or tranny in, he got an 1946 mercury engine that will go into the car with 1946 brakes all around,
Are the rear corners the same as the Victoria? Mine are rusted and pushed in. Even a template would be good.
I've had this '34 since 1976. Rear pan is fiberglass, rear fenders are sedan. Delivery and Victoria rear fenders are the same having a slot under to acess the gas fill tube (threaded into tank)...
I have a set of rear fenders ... I will post a picture later today .... if somebody is interested send me a pm and make me a decent offer......
miss mine,best handling car ive had.vette rear,sbc,700r4.missed it so much i made one out of a four dr ply.
