Wish I took more pictures. I’ll see what else is have. I just cut out a piece to a little bigger than I needed, folded the edges over by hand, hit it with a hammer and dolly a bunch and used the shrinker/stretcher and English wheel for some shape. It was a tough one for sure.

Finally got the driveshaft and torque tube shortened and back under the car. What do you guys think of these shock mounts? Going to see how they work out tomorrow.

I got everything bolted up and ran the brake lines. Just waiting on shocks and an e brake cable.

So I moved on to the front end. All the speedway junk is getting trashed. It was all loose and bent. Getting a ford dropped axle from a friend so now I just need to get some perch pins and a new spring.

Picked up a bit of a distraction yesterday. ‘29 roadster that someone attacked with a sawzal. Almost have it all tacked back together so back on the coupe tomorrow. Saving this one for the winter.

... @kustomitch, minus a few modern details your Garage Scene is like stepping back to 1952...;)

Lots going on. Tons of parts coming in. Lots of nos stuff. Finally got the new front spring, shackles, and perch pins in and got the car back on the ground. Also started messing with the wishbones.
