Anyone have any insight as to what is going on with them? Issue 58 (Summer 2019) is a month overdue and the phone # inbox is full. Website is still up so there is still hope. My second favorite periodical after TRJ, hate to lose them.

I thought I saw a new edition on the magazine rack over the weekend but may have passed on it as quite often the content isn't what I am looking for and I have to cut down somewhere on the magazine buying.

    It is official !
Traditional Rod and Kulture is no more. I read the post from Scott ( the editor )this morning. There is another magazine coming out from Trent Sherril to try and fill the space.
This was a big hit to the HAMB cars that have filled the pages.

Thanks for the update. Not what I wanted to hear as I looked forward to each issue. It was fun while it lasted!

  12. .......They actually switched me to Hot Rod when R&C went away this last time. Not quite as bad as Road and Track, but I didn't renew when the subscription ended.;)

I haven't bought an issue since they closed all the book stores in town. seems like there was a Camaro in one issue I saw at a book store out of town. not sure what was up with that.

    According to their facebook page
I regret to inform you that after 16 years, Rod & Kulture is stopping the presses. Positive news is that one of our own, Trent Sherrill Photography will be starting a new publication “Speed & Kulture” with partner Chuck of Cheater Slick Culture to keep immortalizing our love for Americana. It will be featuring all of the same great traditional content + Speed & Kulture will be taking over the social media pages so there will be much more info on this great new magazine shortly, and all current subscribers will be absorbed and honored into Speed & Kulture. For more info please contact [email protected] or [email protected]

  17. You have to wonder how they are going to avoid suffering the same fate as R&K by starting what seems like a very similar magazine?

Can anyone verify if Summer 2019 ever shipped? I waited all summer, checked Ebay and Barnes and Nobel and never saw it. My favorite mag since RnC got shafted. A needed variety of day two style street machines, bikes and HAMB cars.

No, it never made it into print. Hopefully the replacement mag ,as noted above, will fill the void.

I was hoping that this day would never come...but it has , at least I have all 57 issues and can still revisit them, I am especially going to miss zombies art piece in every issue. here is a pic of issue #58 that never made it out of the print shop..... 61981371_2553826027975454_6424618046513479680_n.jpg

Wah wah wee wow, very nice. Everytime I go to Barnes and Noble and see the full magazine racks, I wonder how many times they get recycled and how long will this last.
