Event Coverage Hamb Meet and Greet at Frogfollies

Let's do a Hamb Meet and Greet at the Frog Follies in Evansville IN. Next weekend. How about 1:00 p.m. Saturday In front of the steps to the registration building? Sam

Nuts!! You guys are killing me, tomorrow I have to pull my Cub Scout Pack’s float in our town’s Homecoming Picnic Parade! My son and I would be there if it weren’t for the Parade. Maybe next year!

Would've been there but was in line in my car waiting to get in from 11am to about 1:30.

 

Only four of us showed up. I'll try again next year.

 

Yeah...I showed up too early, then never made it back at the "right" time for the Meet & Greet. I did visit with several folks that I know that are HAMB members, however.

 

Sorry, I couldn't make it, I had to work Sat...

Sam I was putting a second set of eyes on a 40 Ford with a member of our group who was considering stepping up to buy (which he did ) so by the time I arrived it was too late.
Glad we got to visit a short time earlier though, hope you had a safe trip home.....Dave

I forgot again.

 

No shit. I kept thinking...it's gonna pick up in a second...it's gonna start picking up. A lot of cars pulled off the road overheated. Going to try to leave Terre Haute an hour earlier of better next year.

 

We arrived at the event just after daybreak Saturday morning. I kept watching the traffic throughout the day. It was gridlock. I have been going to the Frogfollies since 1993 and the temps Saturday were the best I could remember. I rant, it will be about two years before I buy a sedan. I'm watching the prices adjust.
