Can anyone ID this transmission? I have no idea. Has a pretty long shifter that ends up near the edge of the bell housing.
    Appreciate any help.

    It's a G.M. throw-out bearing fork; what's it's sitting on top of, I have no idea. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

It's sort of unique because the bell housing and transmission are one unit and the shifter ends up in the bell housing area and not the gear cover plate. Been looking and haven't found anything close to looking like it.
