but to be more clear, yes it was an unfinished project, metal work was done and it was all together mechanically it needed paint and upholstery still an almost finished project
Car was being moved in a enclosed trailer, no insurance it was not finished Every inch of this car has been touched, it will be difficult part out and next to impossible to sell hopefully it turns up
This SUCKS, another .......PIECE OF SH?T thief taking a persons prized possession. I wish you good luck in finding your ‘34 and 15 minutes alone with a baseball bat for him or them.
90% of the time if a car is stolen inside an enclosed trailer the trailer was the target of the theft. Most of those thieves would rather find an empty trailer or one full of construction tools that they can sell or pawn. Lately I have seen guys up here selling oranges and other fruit out of some spendy looking car trailers that you can't afford by selling fruit on the side of the road with.
There are two threads going on this at the same time both posted by friends in San Diego. I'll say what I said in the other last night. Figure out who was hanging around the shop that it was worked on at in Vegas and was all too interested in the car and just happened to be there when it was picked up. That someone probably has a roached out 34 coupe that they have been trying to work on for the past couple of years.
My son's NLVPD and I sent him a e mail to be on the lookout but since you said no cops, I'll tell him never mind.
1946Caddy...I believe the op meant that if the car was returned for a reward that the cops would not be involved. I think you're being a little touchy...my son is in the sheriff academy as I write this btw...I'm sure the op welcomes all help to find the car, including law enforcement.
First. No insurance?? On a car with $10k reward and no cops?? Assembled with parts of dubious distinction?
15 minutes?! Damn, you could make hamburger meat in 15 minutes. I like the way you think though. Gives you enough time to include a sermon for the poor, wretched, soul.
I still it should be legal to kill a stealing bastard . A good way to rid the world of shit so they can not contaminate the good people any longer . USMC MOS 0317
Thanks good to see some folks get it, he just wants the car back and is willing to pay for it, it's obviously worth much more than $10,000 and will cost much more replaced The Las Vegas Police department has been contacted, to clarify if the car is found he is willing to pay a reward and not involve the cops, Assembled or Disassembled
Yes, the car was unfinished and had no insurance, I've owned numerous cars and never bought under construction insurance I'd wage a bet most people don't, unfortunately in this case sure would have been nice.
Few other progress shots, the car was black at time it was stolen assembled similar to the top left shot where it was red
