I saw this for sale locally here in Sweden, advertised as a -28 Tudor. Nothing spectacular at first glance, but then i noticed the backdoor. Is it rare or common? I haven’t ever seen Tudors with backdoor.
There was a thread awhile back about them. I’ve always known them as flower delivery cars. There was one sitting south of Glasgow Delaware, that my Dad and I checked out when I was a kid. Pretty rare!
I dont know. There are no interior pics... https://www.blocket.se/trelleborg/A_Ford_86734806.htm?ca=23_16&w=1 It seems quite solid for the money, about $7000.
Try asking on the Ford Barn. Lots of Model A experts that know a hell of a lot about the early Fords. There used to be a company that made a fiberglass rear door kit like that, but i don't know if it's still being made.
looks like someone converted it to a sedan delivery. It's pretty easy to do, gibbon fiberglass makes (or made) a conversion kit. But, ive seen tudors made into delivery's using a passenger side front door. The outside door handle is also wrong for a delivery, which makes me think a conversion
They did that on lots of old cars in France to get into a lower tax class. Maybe up your way as well.
If it's like a '32 Ford sedan delivery the side panel bolt in to replace the glass, this one may have had the solid panel removed or it could have been manufactured that way. HRP
