The world seems to be out of stock on .010 under Desoto 330 main bearings. The crank is ground and the rest of the engine is ready to start assembly but I can't get bearings. Hot heads, egge, Falcon, and the local guys can't get em. Anyone have any other suggestions?

My machinist is closed for the evening. I'll try to remember to call him in the morning to see where we got my rings and pistons for the 330 he bored for me recently. We went 40 over but the same place should have rings at .010, worth a try right? Shocked that Hot Heads was a blank.

He needs .010 bearings, not rings.

This might be a long shot, Robbins Auto Parts, Portsmouth, NH 03801. They have been around for ever, and never return stock back to the supplier. Over the last 5 years I have pulled many old engine components from there.
