Event Coverage H.A.M.B. Drags

The Drags are coming up this weekend. Not hearing much about it. Who all are going? I’ll be there!

I plan on being there, not racing but for pictures and videos.

 

Under "events" on the main board there is a whole category for the drags.

 

Most of the posts I’m seeing are in the thread stuck at the top of the forum

 

I’ll be there with the AWB Chevy II. Just 5 more days.

That seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Guys don't post much on it just before the drags unless they are asking a question but they will be there plus a bunch of spectators.
I spent all of my fun tickets for this year so no more road trips for me for a while.

 

Been going for awhile now,but not going this year,in addition to the drags the parking lot Party at the old hotels was sure a lot of fun,had a band etc, not much going on that way anymore.Maybe I'll go every other year

 

If I was racing, I'd be sturing to pot.

 

It’s just a hundred or so miles for me! One of the few big events that is close to me! I usually have to cross the nation to see an event like this!

Me, my son, and older bro will be there again this year. Can't wait!

 

I'm leaving tomorrow. Headed to Kansas City first to see my folks, then head for Joplin Friday.

Me and 5 buddies are caravaning down Fri

 

Looking forward to it. I'll be taking pictures as usual. This will make my 15th year of the HAMB Drags!

 

We'll be there as well. Dragging the roadster down again. Safe travels everyone!

Heading to Springfield Thur and Fri for the swap, be at host hotel Fri night. It's been several years since I was able to make it, my little truck misses MoKan.

 

I'm hoping to be there Friday evening, but for sure on Saturday.

 

I'm not going to make it this year so have enough fun for me! I'll see ya in a few weeks though...

 

Last year I had this great vision of running the 40 coupe, she's running, but not ready to race. So, I will dust off the old Vette and see you all on Saturday!
