    Is it possible to acheive somthing like this (first pic) from one of these (second pic) ? , well I dont know yet, but Im going to try, and do it as a rebody (in the UK) legal wise on a budget of nil, this will proberbly be a long build but its an itch Ive got to scratch...................................

    This is where its at so far, pleasing profile (to me anyway) is getting closer, engine and box in next to estimate the running height............

    Love the idea of a new streamliner build. Seems like an odd foundation to start it on but you guys have different laws and such so I guess I understand. Looking forward to seeing more.

    Now that the original Timbs Special burned up I suspect we will see a few of these types of builds.

    Engine/box rested in plus rear helper leaf removed so chassis now sits level, harder than it looks is trying to get a pleaseing fender profile but getting close..................

  12. you have some visions, dude, i enjoy to watch this one, too. But don't let your other project down, it would be sad, you made some fantastic progress on that.

    With the chassis looking to be rather high and quite narrow (rails not particularly widely spaced) how are you going to be able to sit in it, instead of on it??? I am assuming it'll be a 2 seater. Top marks for the outside the box thinking for our shitty laws!

    Still playing with the side on profile front looks wrong but cant see why....................... yet might try flicking the tail up a bit (Jocko/Chet liner ish) and see if it helps overall.......................
