Projects 1938 Dodge Windshield Wiper Arms

I recently acquired a 1938 Dodge and found the Windshield wiper arms are stripped. These have a hold that fits over the spline and is secured with a nut on top. I cannot find replacement arms. I saw in a YouTube video where some guy used jb wield to solve the problem but that seems extreme. I have tried several sites like Roberts Motors Parts. It they neither sell what I need nor do they have any idea where I could look.
Can anyone help?
