Hot Rods What the heck are these? 1935 full disc covers

So I just got a couple sets of these wheel disc covers. Are these Lyons? What are they called? Any history on them? What are they worth? Saw a set of 3 for 800 bucks each on here that supposedly sold....got a alot of guys interested in them, a few fairly strong offers. but want to know what I've got before I cut them loose.

They look like original Lions wheel covers to me but I'm no expert.

 

They are original Lyons, and I am an expert.

They came with the same profile, but some were plain like yours, some had a stainless ring on the outer edge, and even some that were completely plated.
