Well. Its actualy a eurorod. Its a Citroën traction cut up to be a 2 door. Topchop and chanelled over a Volvo 210 frame. Started this build when i was 14 years old back in -94. Its never gets finished but i drive it anyway.

Painted the rear fenders, visor and windshield header this morning. Using PPG single stage urethane and an old Sharpes Cobalt gun, clear out the garage and tarp off the back two stalls, don't need to force dry over 90 degrees in there at 10:30. Laid out nice and will probably hit it with 3000 wet on the DA and buff it.

 

Couldn't agree with you more. Centari smells hiddious my local paintstore got it and sometimes when i need some color real fast i by it. At the moment i use their cc6500 clearcoat, it stretches Nice but smells like deadworms

I’ll reply but mine is nothing that nice. It’s a color that covers the car so I don’t have to listen to the idiots that say r^+rod. I love the color and “I’m” happy with it.

Painted in my garage by me, It’s flat, it’s basic, it gets “washed” once or twice a year, maybe. I drive it all over, park it anywhere and can touch up a chip with a hobby brush and it’s good to go.

Painted my Li’l grey bastard in a barn with a small aircompressor and old hay laying around about 10 years ago, before i moved in to my shop. Its a bit raw but absolutely no Rat .
