Technical ID these bumper guards

I came across this pair of bumper guards and have not been able to figure out what they fit. They are marked left and right and look to be aftermarket. They have a E stamped on the backside with a circular design of some sort. The are a little over 13 inches tall and would fit over a bumper that is about 8 inches tall. The odd part is the inside lip where it would mount against the bumper is notched out and the outside is not. So would these fit a car with a 3 piece bumper ? is there a car with a 3 piece bumper ? Thanks for any help !
