Event Coverage NORTHWEST DEUCE DAYS 2019 SUNDAY EDITION

We have tossed the wait at the ferry dock photos and the cruise town photos so lets share our Sunday (the real show) photos here.
I have no Idea how many miles I have walked in the past three days but it is a ton.
Here are some Hambers cars and some Hamb friendly cars that I saw today. I took 1129 photos today so I know I missed a number of cars or at least think I did. First event I have ever been to that I didn't walk the whole event more than once.

This first one is for the other member of the HAMB Davison clan, Tom I though about you when I took this. There are hundreds of Deuces in there somewhere.
Towards the end of the day when the awards were just about over I hobbled onto this Maroon Hamb jem.
I found Chris's 34 Roadster over in the better cheap seats looking spiffy with a fresh coat of gray primer.
The little Maroon 32 in the next photo belongs to a friend of mine and is the primered 32 that was wrecked after the last Deuce days on the way home on I 5 when a semi roughed it up. Our own Rocket's Hotrod Garage did a lot of the reconstruction on it.
Then on to the walk though.

Thanks, I had to take my wife to another spendy dinner but the food was great. This is a slow go with 1129 photos and a slow laptop and I am going to try to do the Deuces and the the rest of the rigs in the show and maybe a few hanger ons who weren't in the actual show but parked close. Have to edit a few fat guts in white T shirts and elbows out too but if there is a good looking gal in the shot I'm not editing her out. You might have to suffer though a few who aren' near as glam as they think in the background though.

It got pretty crowded up by the end of the deuce only section.

 

The Little primered highboy was the last in the line in the "official 32 only area". In that line that is, there are lots of more lines yet.

 

I'm trying to stay focused on HAMB friendly but there is a thin line at times. View attachment 4360803

Got off track and missed the ones up in front of the Parliament building last night.

 

Side note, Victoria is the cleanest city I have ever been in anywhere. Even were almost 20K people and maybe more were filling Government street there was no trash on the ground during to speak of outside of a bit of trash can overflow.
Up in the top area the majority of the cars were pretty traditional in outward appearance. Lots and lots of SaltFlats wheels but very little billet.
I don't know how the owner of the black roadster with the 500 Cad in it (would love to have those valve covers on my 71 truck) keeps that one even close to cool with that punched plate for a grill.
