My wife and I came home from work - ripped off our work clothes — put on some good clothes headed out for some Friday night Deuce Day cruising.
Cars from Deuce Days will be rolling through Langford this afternoon. Langford has a rich car racing history and the oldest continuous operating racetrack in western Canada - opened in 1954. The first 3 pics are from the speedway the rest are from Deuce days last night.
These are some of the cars passing through Langford and some I found tucked away. The Corvette was in amazing condition. We followed a pack of hot rods out towards Sooke after - broke off from the group and got a big ice-cream cone (licorice of course). My son took the pictures so I had to flip him the “salute” in the last picture.
Sharing some pictures of the final day. Got there around 10:30 and it was already very busy. It quickly became almost impossible to take pictures. It is said to have upwards of a 100,000 people showed up.
