Definitely not Granada. Granada calipers are single piston. Try comparing them to some early 60s Galaxie calipers. The pre 67 Ford's were 4 piston calipers like that.
Yep, and very likely aftermarket reproductions. Also used on '67 Cougars, '66-67 Fairlanes/Comets. Stainless Steel Brakes got their start repoing these, they're popular on late '50s/'60s Fords because they bolt to the OEM drum brake spindles. Good brakes, but sensitive to loose wheel bearings which is one reason Ford quit using them.
Looks like early Mustang Kelsey Hayes 4 piston calipers.. Also, similar to Mopar disc brake options mid 60’s.. The rotors are new slotted units probably a newer replacement.
Yep all 66 Mustang or something real close to it. Rotors are Raybestos 6004R That you should be able to find anywhere that lists Raybestos or can cross the number to their number. Going price seems to be about 35 bucks and they aren't under the rare or exotic lable https://www.amazon.com/Raybestos-6004R-Professional-Grade-Assembly/dp/B001OBCFB6
That's to correct bump/roll steer issues when mix/matching spindles or changing geometry to keep the steering arm and lower control arm arcs congruent. Ideally with such a setup, the steering arm gets drilled out(removing the taper) and installing a larger 5/8" bolt that can put a proper clamp load on the assembly as a whole. Those adapters are not the best as bending loads can snap those adapters, especially with higher speeds and stickier tires.
Looks like a conversion kit with mustang calipers and GM rotors, very standard kit parts. Also the slotted rotors and braided hose are a standard upgrade. Check Summit under there brand for disk break kits, I believe that you will find everything there. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/leb-fc0001-405x/year/1965/make/ford/model/falcon/submodel/base
