  6. Can't fit that 6 in your chassis?
How about 2 i-8 engines mated together, of course they were handmade......

Sorry i have not updated in a long time. I have been crazy busy and not on here as much. If anyone uses instagram that would be the best place to follow along since I can easily post from my phone

Any way here is some minor progress, mainly i have been focusing on the front suspension and steering.

LOL you would be surprised. I help out in tech on the salt and we are not allowed to judge the workmanship or quality. We can only make sure the safety rules have been followed.

Chassis looks great, lets see more!

I have a question on the cantilever suspension... it appears the arms/levers are equal length, if this is the case do you calculate spring rate the same as if they were mounted vertical? Just trying to learn a little, I haven’t been able to find any calculators for figuring spring rate on a cantilever suspension

Question??? are you planning to replace the aluminum bushing material in the rod ends with something more flexible?

As usual, great work! I love the cantilever front suspension. What brand and model number are those shocks if you don’t mind sharing? I have looked around for shocks that can be ran on their side but really have not found anything.

Great project! Certainly worthy of our support. I went to the Kick Starter page, created an account, but it appears that it is an all or nothing deal for people who want to pledge money. So, my question is, did you have T-shirts and hats made and are they still available since the Kick Starter didn't reach your goal? Can I avoid Kick Starter altogether and take advantage of your T-shirt and hat offer by sending the money directly to you?

on the steering damper i needed a clevis over a bushing end so i had to make one that would work for my needs

took it out to the pumpkin run nationals and had the chassis in my booth

i dont have the spare money for wheels and tires so i found the dimensions online for what i am running and made some steel bucks to simulate the wheels and tire

since i am tight on spare money on this project i figured i could work some on the rear of the body to get the cockpit figured out so i started on some of the inner structure of the body
