Really great tips, and things I never thought of. We’re flying in to SLC; staying / renting from there. B’ville is only a part of our trip; we may wind up going more than one day. This was kind of my son’s idea, so I’m hopeful boredom will not be an issue. Heat is a different story...! Thank you all for your input.

Large floppy hats are in style there. Pack like you are picnicking on the moon. Drink more water than you think you need. Wear comfy shoes.
