Really great tips, and things I never thought of. We’re flying in to SLC; staying / renting from there. B’ville is only a part of our trip; we may wind up going more than one day. This was kind of my son’s idea, so I’m hopeful boredom will not be an issue. Heat is a different story...! Thank you all for your input.

  4. Large floppy hats are in style there. Pack like you are picnicking on the moon. Drink more water than you think you need. Wear comfy shoes.

See picture from 25th SpeedWeek (1973) and see how real men prepared for the sun. Also familiar roadster. Think I'll throw 66512597_10215362019267387_8142925996538986496_n.jpg 66465085_10215358470458669_4977418564039344128_o.jpg in a picture of SpeedWeek 78 and familiar coup. These are from the Peterson publishing archives and were sent to me by Todd Olson ( Hemi 32) yesterday. Thanks, Todd

Record runs are at 7:00 AM- Don't be in the line at McDonald's when this is going on!
Check out the USFRA web site- some good info there
