Here in cincy there is an annual car show down at our big cemetery Spring Grove that used to feature funeral cars and service vehicles. It was on my list but I never made it down there. Maybe this year? http://www.springgrove.org/events/e...;title=13th+Annual+Car+Show+-+NEW+TIME&Page=6
I have a piece of one. A few years ago a guy,( not me0, needed better rear doors for his panel F-1. He found this conversion in an old junkyard in Dallas. It had perfect rear doors on it, so he got them. Later he decided that he could make a neat camper to tow behind his panel truck, so he went back to the yard and cut the thing in half. It sat in front of his house and then the city got onto him and he brought it to me.( I have a pasture so I get to store lots of stuff for people that won't come get their item when I want it gone.) He didn't bring any doors. This was a 4 door stretch and they used pickup doors swapped to opposite sides making them open in suicide fashion. I have posted a picture of it with a door in position. Would have been a neat and unusual ride if he had just rescued the complete truck! Anyway, I need it gone and i will take $50.00 for it if anyone wants to get it. Still has the rear end in it so it should roll.
Im honored to have my car as a good example of a Siebert Ambulance. As far as we can tell my 46 based off of a sedan delivery may be the last of its body style in existence. I kind of feel bad about trying to sell it now.
