I bet that's a sedan that someone cut down into a truck. A big car like a Rolls Kinardly, or thereabouts.

Willie Seadler in Sacramento restored a '30 Plymouth, had same cowl and front fender stampings. And, MoPars had juice brakes back then.
Note the 'B' pillar at subframe pics. Too nicely finished to be cut from a sedan...

30 plymouth fenders don't look like that. Notice it has a rib on the top of the front fenders, from front to back, with a nice radius at each end. The side cowl vent is found on only a few cars.

It's not a truck, it's a car, you can tell by the rear fenders and gas tank cover. The body has been cut down.

The only thing that shows up at my door is an occasional 7th day Adventist. Those are real purty front fenders to be from a pick up or worse a 1 1/2 tonner.

around 28-29 Dodge sedan cut to truck. There are several Dodge models in that era. Find one that matches. The curved upper/lower corners of the windshield, and the fender stampings are hints to Dodge

I thought the same thing about the front fenders , to nice to be a truck. I thought maybe Buick but IDK also the spare tire wheel wells and they have locks on them, thought that was a little strange also. it has a huge frame probably 8" + tall under the cab.

  8. looks like a 1931 Buick 8 four door, with the Visor ripped off and the rear body panel moved up the make it into a truck.

Buick fender does not have a bead going all the way from front to back, it stops just behind the little point at near the front of the fender. And buick bodies were made of wood. And the top of a Buick cowl does not have the swooping line back towards the hood, near the center.

The 29 Dodge looks a lot more like it....and besides, we know that all mystery cars on the HAMB are Dodges.

Two door sedans have longer doors than 4 doors or pickups, would explain the extra hinge.
