Anyone know where to get a 5/16" to 7/16" barb hose reducer?

Prefer brass, but will consider others.

Have you tried Westlake Hardware? I've never needed a fitting that they didn't have

I make fittings like this on a lathe all the time, but in a pinch you can do it on a drill press. Bore the larger fitting so the smaller fitting will fit inside it, and silver solder them together.

Well that shows that my knowledge of fuel hoses stops at HAMB friendly as there does seem to be 7/16 hose for late model units and Diesel applicatons. That stuff wasn't around when I was working in shops or parts houses.

Last resort you could get a 7/16 X 1/4 male npt barb and a 5/16 x 1/4 female NPT barb and screw the two together.
