  7. Very kool Chevy! Note the hooded turn signals to mimic the headlights.

Lol! I thought of Dave when I saw the Green Prix....

Yes I did, very Kool! A lot of trick stuff done to the Chevy. Is the scoop on the hood from a '59 Impala?

  10. I think you mean '58. ;)

Looks like a '58 roof scoop.

No I meant '59. Impala's had a small one on the back of the top. I have one that I'm going to put on my '60...

  14. My apologies!

    I really don't think it's either.

There were aftermarket versions sold through J.C. Whitney etc.

  15. The 59's are longer than a 58 as well. The nicer thing about the 59 is you dont need all the metal work to fit it like a 58. We ended up putting one on Taboo as we couldn't find anyone that would lets up cut up the top on their 58, lol.

But hood and headlights are peaked too.

Thanks. So many people walked right past not noticing the work on it.

Roger, those scoops seem to be 'unsafe at any speed' ;););)

Fortunately, Bill, I use "reverse' sparingly and don't back up very fast...!!!
