Thinking this wins the unique award today, A Lot of time/effort, I see 58 DeSoto front fenders, 59 Cadillac rear quarters, chopped top, apparently started out a Studebaker. I appreciate the man's time and skills.

Also Curious, car deserved a better ending, but many have met that fate I'm guessing and this one was different enough no one saved it for it's unique factor. Back in the 60's I owned a pretty trick 60 Ford ragtop that a neighbor kid kept offering me more cash for a whole summer, I finally gave in and sold it, within 2/3 weeks,

he totaled it, I went to the boneyard to see it, maybe buy it, but it was wrecked way beyond my skill set, sad to see, I really liked that car. I did not build this car, I traded for it, just hopped it some, never really got it to fast, sounded good and it was a Great Cruiser/conversion piece. We all talk about the car we'd like to have back, this would be one for me, but back then foresite was not in the picture for me. Foresite/0, Hindsite/100%

I know the original is too far gone to salvage, but could it serve as a trim donor (and offer invaluable reference points) for a recreation...?
