Thanks for doing that...its the only way these great threads can be revived/restored.

Complicating things would be remembering what resided in those x'd spots as many times theres no info...plus on threads being multi paged it can be very extensive...no easy feat...but you did it...;)

Mild modifications well thought out. Have you added any more customs to your family?

Well somehow I missed this before. Now I really do have to dig out those old show programs from Seattle and Tacoma from the early 60's. That was one of my favorite mild customs when I was in my early teens and saw it at a show or two.
I think the coolest part of the whole deal except it is in the safest hands for an old custom on the planet is that you actually do drive it on occasion.

I apologize if this is an intrusive question but I have become a fan of your collection and just wanted to know, Just how big is your house? Did you design it?

my house isn't real big, it is a 2 br walkout rambler.... I didn't really design it but I told the architect a few things I wanted. the attached garage is the shop. (26w x 30d) and just off the garage is a 16x16 room with my milling machine, tig welder, parts washer, hyd press and refrigerator a small kitchen table and a slop sink. just off that room is the laundry room. I had them put a small shower and a toilet in there so I wouldn't have to go in the house dirty. I also put my air compressor in there so I don't have to listen to it.... one of the other things I wanted was an 8 foot patio door so I could put cars inside the house...

  19. very kool! I have been digging around there as well looking for more pictures of Taboo, still haven't come up with anything. Your 55 was in its white version the few times it would have shown with our 56 at various shows.

  20. Wow,,,,parked at the Minnetonka Drive in,,,,looks like a photo from American Graffiti!

I drove Paul to the tri cities as he wasn't able, found those swivel buckets were best suited for shorter drives. Don't know if you knew that the car was built with a SBC from one of Earl Wham's 255 in.hydro boats. Paul changed to the Buick because in the Mild Custom class at that time you got points for engine swaps and he was all about the points and trophies he could gather.. Still lookin so good, Dyno Dave

Yeah, seats that don’t have springs for support will get uncomfortable after a while. I usually don’t go very far in it. An hour ride at the most typically. Here is a pic of it at the land of lakes concourse d’elegance a couple of weeks ago

  29. Such a badass photo. 3 perfectly "ruined" tri fives, lol. Canted quads just look great in a tri five.

If you ever get tired of one of the PNW cars, send it back this way, lol.
