Love your Plymouth. I thought that the Fury model was like a performance model, didn't realise that they came in 4 doors. Was it the 318 Poly engine? Chrysler brought the Dodge Phoenix into Australia from 1960 to 1964 all with 4 doors and 318's then in 65 they changed to Plymouths but still called them Dodge's. I think they were Plymouths until they stopped them in the early 70's.

Looks like you did a bit in the engine bay before your Summer of cruising.
I've got a bit of history with the 318 Polys, have 2 in hot rods, one in a T-bucket I built in 62 and still have and one in a 32-5 window that I finished about 7 years ago and have 33 k miles on it. Back in 62 they were one of the few V8's we could get here for a hot rod. Most hot rods were running Y-blocks or flatheads.

Decided to pull engine apart and put new rings and bearings and touch up the valves put it back together and now it will idle but when I give it some gas it dies where did I screw up. Did find out it’s a 313 Canadian
