    LOL that is good news the back mag caught my eye and got me confused. Looked again at the headers and sure enough SBC. :confused:

    No, Edelbrock TR-1, it followed the Ridgerunner by a year or two. It was designed with ports that projected up from the plenum floor and in street use fuel would fall out of suspension and collect there.
    After a trip to OKC for the SR Nats my wife’s cousin had his carbs off and there was a 1/2” of gas sitting there. A backfire might have made things exciting.
    Vic Jr. eventually offered a filler for the bottom of the plenum to remedy that situation.
