So, who are they referring to? Fiasco or Velasco? And who is it...anyone?

 

Reason I was thinking it was Velasco is Henry Velasco was an old school hotrodder and crank grinder in Downey.

 

That makes sense. I've never heard of him.

I was all about T buckets when the movie came out. To me, that car was the ultimate hot rod. I was happy to see it, but the thing got so little screen time, it's criminal. Even at 14, I knew it wasn't a "Rail Job"!
