[IMG]I hope the sign on this 1929 Ford Cabriolet explains that this a replica of the car Bill Harrah had in his younger years. Crager overhead Chrysler wire wheel and other up grades. Looks like all the great cars that were there in the 1970's are still there, so many got auctioned off after his passing. Bob

Come to Connecticut, everyone in the house painting business drives a "Classic Car" with ladder racks.

Several years ago, my son spotted a Dodge Onmi with Collector Plates.

Antique/ collector plates reputation is definitely being sullied. It takes the old feeling from the era of cars we think is antique.

Now Oliver, you are a young buck, so I ask based on your age..... what decades/era of vehicles comes to your mind when asked what are vintage/antique/ collector vehicles.

if someone says the word antique vehicles i think about 1910- 1930 haha vintage or collector? mid 1920s- 1969, to be fair a few early 70s cars were cool A FEW, but idk if i quite consider them vintage collectibles. theres a few "modern cars" i dig, like my daily driver 1981 bronco haha still carburetor and a v8 though

That Chalmers is a Great car! I'm trying to remember the name of the fellow that toured with Ed Roy in one that was really sorted out as they say. Bob

Antique-1899-1915 (brass rad shell) everything else is Vintage with the exception of specific brands and models as they are considered Classics. But to the average guy the terms are interchangeable...
