Hello, With the new grand opening of the reconstructed Price Transfer Lions Dragstrip museum only a week or so away, there was much to do to get the final touches in place. While driving over to the Lions Museum, minds wander while driving in the commute and seeing all of the “old” neighborhood pass by the windows. Even a short hop down Westminster Blvd and the Cherry Avenue cemetery run kept the fire going until I pulled into the parking lot. The halls were getting set up with quite a few new items never before seen by anyone, let alone the general public. This time, it is going to be open to the general public, so get ready. That scenario brought back one great memory of 2017. It was a giant surprise laid on to me by the general manager of the Automobilia and Museum. “Guess what? We have secured the 1941 BLUE SWC Willys Coupe, refinished in all of its glory, for the museum’s permanent display. This was April 2017. Jnaki So, if you have never seen the SWC Swindler 2 in person, it will proudly be displayed with all of its accessories on the newly constructed, main floor on June 22, 2019. Excerpt from the Jan 2019 HAMB threads: Much to my surprise, when in discussions with the staff managers at the Price Transfer Automobilia Museum (APRIL OF 2017) took place about my drag racing films being included in the Lions Museum Grand Opening, I was floored. They asked how to present those historic films for the people that would be in the museum on opening night. Here was my suggestion for the display of my films: They went on about the display cars lined up and gave me a surprise announcement: The historic Stone, Woods and Cook Willys coupes would be in attendance. COUPES? They told me that the silver blue 41 SWC coupe was going to be on permanent display at the newly created Lions Dragstrip Museum in the huge wing of the sprawling trucking/container complex. (The blue) Hello, A 1936 blue Ford Coupe sitting in the remnants of a coastal drizzle. Not only did this coupe have the 1950s-60s look of a typical hot rod cruiser, but had some cool accessories. Besides the small dish hubcaps and beauty rings, This nice looking Ford Coupe had an interesting item attached to the license plate. License Plate Frame Ornament Topper AAA is very big in So Cal and has been for many years. They are the car enthusiast‘s “anything auto” helper, especially with the “always a hassle”, DMV. Their alternative DMV services make life easier in So Cal. Their tow service is top notch, when the chips are down. Jnaki Tow service, new battery, and just general helpfulness in all things automotive. But, the best thing is the availability of the alternative DMV service. This blue 36 Ford Coupe must be a long time member with AAA history.

I fell in love with the 2017 Dodge Contusion Blue on this Buick last week. I think this is the color for my 49 Buick.
My COE, Only know its a Ford colour and Ral No 5004, really dark blue, but lovely These cars are now sold but when I built them my son decided on the blue and we agreed that we would paint the two cars the same. His was the "A" and mine was the "T" Miss them both.
