I had a blues band in 1966, played at the old Filmore...Janis and Big Bro & Holding co played also, BIG blues sound... I worked on Janis's 356 Porsche a coupla times...she was careless, her car was 'lived-in'. Also worked on Joan Baez' 5 series BMW...car was immaculate, inside and out. Joan Jett's BMW 735i blew the intake boot off outside Sunnyvale, was towed into our agency, I repaired it on the spot. She was warm and polite, (and generous!) Big tip...
