Ready to mount tires and wheels on my finished chassis. Not sure just what "look" I'm looking for. Lets see some of your choices. Give the tire/wheel/rim sizes.
5.50x16 and 7.00x16 on my old 5 window. The Roadster is 6.00x16 all the way around which was how they came from the factory.
Coker American Classic 5.60x15 8.20x15 original axle dropped by Anson Axle reverse eye main on original springs both front and rear with 3 leaves removed 37 spindles heated and dropped arms.
american classic radials. 5.60-15 on 15 x 5 pick-up wheels & 8.20-15 on 15 x 7 truck centers w/modern outers.
Changing it up some. If you are buying tires I’d take a hard look at the new bias look radials from Diamondback. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/diamond-back-tires-auburn-deluxe-radials.1152351/
6.00x16's on my buddy's black 3 window, 5.50x16s and 7.00x16's on my other buddy's '35 3 window, and an early version of my 5 window with 6.00x16 whitewalls. As you can see, stance makes as much of a difference as tires do.
Black walls do give a different look all together. Almost have to have W.W.W. on the customs. I'm going more Hot Rod....Tire size ?? Tough decision, 15" or 16"...HMMMM
