Technical 1956 Chevy 210 tail lights?

    Are tail lights on a 56 Chevy 210 interchangeable left to right

    Drivers side flips down for gas filler.

    Yes I'm referring to the frame of the tail light

    The left side, driver's side, is hinged to access the gas fill location.and the other is not...the lenses are the same.

    The two tail light lens that screw on with two screws should be, yes.

    Driver's side is different frame because it flips down to expose the gas fill. If you want to eliminate that and put 2 right sides on, well I don't know if it would fit or are asymmetrical . I believe this is what you are asking
