P1017408.JPG P1017409.JPG P1017410.JPG P1017411.JPG P1017408.JPG I have a set of magnesium rocker arms. Can anyone tell me what vehicle they are for? They have the name THOMAS and the characters CV8 embossed on them. Maybe for a Cadillac V8 ?

    Thanks,
    Rex

Looks like Cadillac but the 2 piece shafts seem odd.

  4. I agree, the oiling for the Cadillac is through only one of the rocker stands on each bank, you would have some starving rockers...

@Torana68, I can’t dispute that those are SBC rockers but I am wondering how those rocker stands work. Those are probably 3/8” bolts for the stands but what do they screw into? There is a row of 7/16-14 head bolts that are between the pairs of rockers, they are parallel to but not inline with the rocker studs. How are the stands fastened down with the head bolts in the way?

I have a Thomas listing in my old Ansen catalog but those are not good numbers. My catalog may be too old.
