Do the bars turn and close off the opening? Doesn’t look like it to me. It’s just a grille, not winter front.

On the ID, the bottom shape made me think of Buicks around 30-31....but the top is not right for Buick. Ok, weird emblem with a shield...could it be the Marquette, made by Buick? Somewhere around 30-31?

 

31 Oldsmobile. Maybe 32 also. Shutters are standard factory item. Is it for sale?
