Though you cant quite see it in the video with both doors open and the L-100 cam Smiley idle the lumpy idle make the car look like it's flapping its wings.
I have another L-100 cam , but this one was bought back to NZ as a surprise for me by my old buddy Trev Howse (RIP) from cam Techniques in Florida.
This one is KiWi-L100 cam by KiWinUS.

I could do a little dance to the sound of that cam. Perfect beat!
Sound like an Amish horse and buggy crossing over a wooden bridge.
    Good work.
    Just get her running?
    Next time
    Let’s hear some rpm.
    Good for you!

I hear that thing idling, and I get a mind-picture of British Troops marching in cadence to a drum beat as they cross the field at Concord to engage the American Army.

I chatted with Trev many times over the Net. In life you meet a lot of jerks & some nice people too. Trev was a really good guy.

Sounds great. I'm not familiar with the L-100. What ISKY grind is it comparable to?

    Reviving this one.
Kiwi 4D, Is this original card what the "new" Kiwi L-100 is ground to? I thought I read that the centerline has drifted through the iterations of the L-100. Also, did you advance it 4 degrees per the card?
Any info from others who have installed this cam is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Dave

  19. I have two - one for an 8ba, one for a 59AB. But no, not yet - I have a 40 Pickup to build than it’s on to the three flattie I want to build - the 59AB is for a 30 over 4” crank motor, the second for a French block, 125 over, 4” crank Lord willing and the creek don’t rise .....
