  12. Sure, I could learn more/anything about a multi-meter..although if I encounter any electrical issues beyond my limited knowledge, I can call my friend down the road, who I'm sure would help me out..hint, hint.

  16. I still use one of these!!
    A multimeter tutorial would be great! Please include in red letters" Do not measure voltage on any current scale"-
    Just about every time I loan out my meters they come back with blown DCA fuses.
    I have an AVO from the 50's which I use occasionally, bulletproof, and has a thermal overload (resettable) on the current ranges.

    I usually keep the instruction sheet that comes along with the Mulitmeter , but it's about as clear as mud.........................

    We got one with each CNC machine we bought . I use one from time to time to determine problems on the machines . They have lots of functions on it and you never stop learning ,I’m in and thanks..
