Here's some more killer stuff with the ol' girl that gives some of her history. I have the log books they kept when the car ran from the late 60's all the way to 1979..Notice some of the comments and also class winner in D/Gas several times..Inside the log book were hand written timeslips from the now defunct Raceway Park in NJ..Also shown here are the trophies that were in the trunk of the car when I got it. Enjoy! 037.JPG 039.JPG 040.JPG 041.JPG 042.JPG 043.JPG 044.JPG 046.JPG 048.JPG

Resurrection continues: Rebuilt the brakes with all new wheel cylinders and M/C from a mid-50's Ford..Also,the hydraulic clutch and slave were replaced..I was able to get the hydraulic throttle setup working but it sticks at times so I decided to replace it with a similar Eelco pedal/cable setup. The original Eelco fuel tank has a leak so I substituted an original MOON tank that I had. willys1 012.JPG willys1 018.JPG

  9. If you want to sell those blue Moroso valve covers, I may buy them for wall hangers. I collect Moroso/Stahl stuff - thanks

I added some Magnesium Halibrands for now..Every gasser Willys should have them!!On the hunt for a pair of 15X8,15x9 or 15x 10 Magnesium Americans to match the original front wheels..Plan on taking her to a few more outings this weekend..Adding an alternator and some other equipment to make her more streetable. 016.JPG 014.JPG
